Each Virtual Meet and Greet is US$99 via PayPal, and includes a personal, custom video, shot with David talking to the recipient and showing him autographing his headshot for the recipient (proving it a valid autograph). The video is viewable on YouTube, and a hi-def Quicktime file is sent to the recipient (suitable for framing, er, burning onto a DVD) and the autographed picture is then mailed to the recipient. And every Virtual Meet and Greet sold benefits the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and the American Sleep Apnea Association. We'll be helping more charities over time as well.

In the form below, highlight each item and replace them with the recipient's information, and then type 200 characters or less in the last text box to mention one or two things you'd like David to mention to the recipient (birthday, new job, loving Heroes, radio, etc). Click on the button and you'll be taken to PayPal to pay for the item. Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account - they accept all major credit cards.
